Primary Functions General Description:
Oversees design, deployment and management of various HR systems and administers employment service programs. The Director of HRIS and Employment Services is a leader as well as hands-on technical expert for HRIS to help build and execute a technology roadmap that balances the strategic and operational needs of HR, as well as planning and executing policies and procedures for employment services under authority of federal and state regulations.
